We are also committed to providing affordable, personalized, and professional assistance to those representing themselves in court proceedings (in pro per) and in the preparation of other legal documents. We are a great alternative solution between hiring an expensive lawyer and confusing "self-help" services.
We prepare individual and business tax returns with highly-competitive rates. We have set fixed fees for our clients. For individuals, either you have the short form (standard deduction) or long form (itemized deduction). For businesses, it's simply one fixed fee for each type of business i.e. DBA, LLC, C Corp, S Corp, regardless of number of schedules.
We have no hidden charges so our clients don't end up with unpleasant surprise bills. Even e-filing is free. But the best part is..... WE EXPLAIN AND DISCUSS your return with you. LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANCE (FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC)
Per provisions of the California Business and Professions Code §6400, we are a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant in Los Angeles County (LDA#397, expires March 23, 2015). We prepare legal documents according to the specific directions of clients representing themselves in court proceedings (in pro per) or those who need routine legal documents drafted for them.
We specialize in uncontested divorce, child custody, child support, QDRO, marital settlement agreement, prenuptial agreement, responses, living trusts, deeds, last will, advanced healthcare directive, powers of attorney, affidavits, legal declarations, business formation (corporation/LLC/DBA), agreements, among others. PARALEGAL SERVICES (FOR ATTORNEYS)
We provide freelance paralegal services for small to medium-sized law offices who need assistance in documents preparation for various court and legal forms. When lawyers need to outsource document preparation in lieu of hiring and committing to full time staff, we come in as a great and cost-effective alternative. Our fees start as low as $50/hour. We could assist attorneys in the preparation and completion of court and legal forms in the following areas of law:
- FORECLOSURE RELIEF / LOAN MODIFICATION
- IMMIGRATION
- BANKRUPTCY (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13)
- FAMILY LAW
Additionally, we provide the following services:

We perform notarizations and non-denominational civil weddings around Los Angeles County. We are also accredited and recognized as Notaries Public with the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles.
